Rich Crawford has 30 years’ experience in UK Armed Forces including experience as a Logistics Officer and Senior Social Worker. He most recently worked offshore for the Oil and Gas industry as a member of the senior leadership team as a Performance Improvement and Executive Coach.

Iain Lightfoot is an expert in personal and professional change, our Chief Learning Officer served 27 years in the UK Armed Forces before establishing himself as an academic lecturer and professional practitioner.

Callie Neale is a creative and strategic customer-centric Leader with more than 28 years’ International business experience combining a strong business and technology fit. Carol was based in London and Brussels for many years with a Fortune 100 company as Head of eCommerce, Advanced Customer Integration and Customer IT Europe.

Craig has 29 years’ operational experience within the forensic departments of large metropolitan police forces.  During this time, he achieved the rank of depot Supervisor and accrued a wealth of management and leadership skills as well as a vast amount of practical CSI and Crime Scene Management and Co-coordinator experience.

Angela is an experienced former Crime Scene Investigator; Crime Scene Manager and Crime Scene Coordinator.  With over 20 years experience as a Crime Scene Investigator with in Merseyside Police, of which 6 years were spent as a Senior Crime Scene Investigator.

Søren has over 33 years experience within the Police Scientific Support arena.  Commencing as a fingerprint officer with Greater Manchester Police he subsequently qualified as an operational CSI with West Mercia Police and then Durham Constabulary where he remained for 20 years, 15 of which were as a senior CSI.

Julienne has over 20 years’ experience as a forensic practitioner, specialising in fingerprints. Having qualified as a fingerprint expert working for Durham Constabulary, she developed her skills to become a qualified trainer and manager and is also an accredited ILM Leadership and Management assessor.

Having left the Merchant Navy as a Navigational Officer in 1984 Ashley worked for the Metropolitan Police as a Scenes of Crime and Identification Officer for 16 years, including three years on specialist operations with the Flying Squad. He then moved to Thames Valley Police as a Senior Scenes of Crime Officer and then on to Bedfordshire Police as the Head of Scenes of Crime.

Paul Stephen is a former Detective Sergeant who completed 32 years of police service. He has a Master of Science Degree in Research Methods, a Batchelor’s of Science with Hons degree in Forensic Investigation and a Diploma in Crime Scene Investigation.
